I ride this Strada Fango 95% of the time as my road bike with 700x30mm tires on these HED Vanquish wheels.

Not my normal rear dropouts, I always like to try new options on my personal builds. I’m also running a Shimano GRX crank with 48/31 chainrings because I’m convinced most folks are overgeared on their road bikes.

A Ritchey WCS Carbon Gravel fork up front, and if you look very closely you can see my Shimano Di2 satellite shifters under the tops of the bars. I love being able to shift from the tops by just slightly shifting my finger onto these buttons.

Lots of extra tire clearance at the chainstays with my road wheels mounted.

Tidy internal routing for the brake line in the down tube.

Love these Schwalbe Pro One tires!

 As always, “Handbuilt in Wisconsin”.

With a quick wheel swap to 650b, I can run tires as wide as these Schwalbe Thunder Burt 2.1’s, and a whole different world of gravel opens up!
