Gene’s Modern Classic leans a bit more “classic” with an array of silver parts which look great against the polished stainless and gorgeous blue paint that Velocolour applied.

A polished stainless front derailleur hanger with a silver Campy Centaur front derailleur and a Rene Herse crankset.

Polished stainless head lug, fork crown and blades look sharp with the TRP RG 957 mid-reach brakes and the Phil Wood headset.

Up front, a Rene Herse chromed steel stem clamps a set of Nitto handlebars wrapped with leather bar tape. The brass dome bell means Gene can politely pass whenever he needs. Finally, the Campagnolo top cap finishes the cockpit off perfectly.
