As with any rando build, so much going on with Steve’s Voyageur.
Up front we’ve got a custom rack and decaleur with a Schmidt Edelux front light mounted.
Black Honjo fenders mount directly to the custom rack.
Another look at the decaleur and the internal routing for the rear derailleur (top tube) and the rear brake (down tube).
With the Berthoud bag mounted on the rack and decaleur.
Load that front bag up, add some bottle and head out for a 90 hour ride…
Out back this Rene Herse taillight ensures Steve is visible through the darkest of nights. Internal derailleur routing exiting the top tube and headed to the rear derailleur, and the painted Silca pump is ready for the (hopefully) rare flat tire.
Paragon flat mount dropouts with a single eyelet for Steve’s Honjo fenders.
Up front I needed to do quite a bit of work to make these thru-axle Schmidt SL dropouts fender ready. I added a tab for eyelets and then mounts for the Campy Ekar flat mount brakes.
