I mated a SRAM Force 1x crank up front to the XO Transmission rear drivetrain for this bombproof mullet setup! HED Emporia wheels and Rene Herse Oracle Ridge 48mm tires mean there’s nothing this Strada Fango can’t conquer.
Even though Jon’s Strada Fango has the most modern parts, that doesn’t mean it can’t look super classic with the contrasting head tube and Ritchey Classic headset.
Ritchey’s WCS Carbon Adventure fork allows for 3 pack mounting and some weight savings on this Strada Fango.
Jon sent me this artwork for the “Vegvisir” dragon that graces the top tube. Another way to make this a one of a kind bike!
Paragon dropouts made specifically for the SRAM universal derailleur hanger. On the brake side an aluminum insert holds the flat mount caliper.
The SRAM XO Transmission rear derailleur looks a bit massive, but it’s performance with blow you away. It actually shifts better under full load! And the 10x52 cassette means there’s nary a hill that can’t be climbed.
